The Horizon
FOHNIKK is a living system, and its development continues. This page records where the work is going.
In preparation is the system's full academic and pedagogical programme. At its centre stands a comprehensive manual treating the practice in depth: the four elements and their theory, the six levels of practice from first contact to advanced performance, guidance for teachers, and dedicated chapters carrying the method into each family of instruments — keyed instruments, strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, and the ensemble and orchestra. The manual will be accompanied by notation and hybrid-notation models developed for a practice that arises from listening rather than from the page, together with worked example studies and recorded realisations across the instrument families.
Beyond the manual, the programme extends toward the practice's public life: guides for teachers and for practitioners, an example study book, audio documentation, and presentation of the system for academic and institutional settings. In its performance application, the method opens toward composed works with structured exploration windows — pieces whose architecture is fixed and whose realisation is different at every performance — for solo instrument, chamber forces, and orchestra.
None of this is announced before its time. Each part of the programme will appear here as it becomes established, in keeping with the system's own principle: nothing claimed beyond what the work presently supports, and everything built with the same patience the practice itself teaches.
